DavidHugh – Design and UI Intern

Overview

During my time with DavidHugh, I worked on marketing materials for the new launch of the Aiora Chair, and also contributed to the UI and ecommerce flow updates on their WeChat miniprogram.

What this involved:

→ Designed the print catalogue for the Aiora chair launch

→ Edited Aiora’s how-to-use video

→ Wireframed updates to the WeChat MiniProgram’s UI and ecommerce flow

→ Key finding: The team’s user research discovered apprehension around the short add-to-cart/checkout flow, given the product’s luxury price point. Customers wanted more reassurance before committing to a big purchase. I collaborated on proposed trust building features (drafting three new flows with additional reassurance messaging before checkout) prior to shipping.
